Beach Day!

Who does not LOVE the beach?

Hello Friends!

Just 3 more days of school left after today! We kicked off this week with Beach Day! It was so much fun and it is thanks to my wonderful parent helpers! They did such an amazing job running the stations. I was actually able to walk around and enjoy my students without stressing!

Beach day was not originally on my schedule for the last week but my great friends at Two Friends in First told me about it and I could not turn it down!

We had 5 stations
1. Bucket List Craftivity
2. Watercolor & Salt Beach Paintings
3. End of The Year Shirts
4. Buddy Reading on a beach towel
5. Chalk Art

Here are some of the pictures!

The shirts were a last minute thing I
thought of and I am so glad that I did!

I just used iron on paper to put the words
on the front and back of the shirts

On the last day of school we are going
to sigh the back of the shirt with colored sharpies

The students got to pick whether
they wanted Pink, Blue, or Green

The girls buddy reading.. too cute ;)

 Happy ALMOST Summer :)

  1. Autumn,
Those shirts are adorable!! Such a cute idea! I couldn't reply to your post through email because it said you were a "no reply" blogger - you can change that in your settings.

Here's a site that shows the coding you'll need to leave your blog link in comments - http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp

Take a look at the gray box under HTML Link Syntax. You'll need the code in that box. Just type your full blog address (including http://) where it says URL and then where it says "link text" type the name of your blog how you want it to appear.

I keep this coding on an electronic post-it on my computer so I can just copy and paste it quickly. ;) Let me know if that makes sense! You can comment away as "tests" on my blog if you want. :)

    1. Amanda,

Thank you for your help! I figured out that part... now I am trying to change my settings to make it so that others can reply to my posts and cannot find it! :) Any idea where I go or what I click on?
