The students "Headshot" will be hanging with their writing about this year. I also completed the "Meet the Stars" paper from my TPT packet. So excited to put these all together with the borders.

Student Gift - These microwave popcorn bowl ($0.97 at Walmart) holds the summer reading and writing pack, two boxes of movie candy ($1 each at the dollar store), books from scholastic, and a water bottle.

Alright... so everything is cut out for the games. Mom and I found red feather boas at the dollar store! Can you picture it? All 13 of my girls will be red carpet ready with their feather boas and fancy sunglasses. My boys are going to be decked out in 50's style hats and bow ties made by my awesome mom! (She is making them out of felt) I am thinking I get this "over the top" attitude from her :)  Well here is the start to the pictures. Who is not addicted to or in LOVE with Pinterest??

It is by far the most fun and easiest way to plan for an event or lesson! I got this idea a week or so ago about having a movie themed end of the year party... thanks to pinterest my idea has now become an obsession! I just went out to the party store and bought some awesome props for the kids to use while we take our head shots, I have a helper making stars for the floor to put the students names on...

End of the Year - Red Carpet Premier

Well I am really getting excited about creating items for my classroom and TPT! I got this idea of a Red Carpet event for the last day of school. In my mind I am picturing red paper rolled out on the floor, pop corn for everyone, pictures of the students all dolled up, and awards to celebrate our accomplishments this year! I cannot wait to post pictures, but I can post my TPT link!
